Strezia Sync är ett Chrome-tillägg som visar ditt CRM från Notion direkt i Gmail. Den här policyn beskriver vilka uppgifter tillägget hanterar och hur.
Vilka uppgifter tillägget hanterar
Din Notion-data
Tillägget läser och skriver i de Notion-databaser du själv kopplar (affärer, företag, kontakter, mallar med mera). Detta sker via den Notion-integrationsnyckel du anger. Datan lagras i din egen Notion-arbetsyta, som du äger och kontrollerar.
Information i Gmail
Tillägget läser avsändarens e-postadress och ämnesrad i de mejl du har öppna för att matcha dem mot dina kontakter och affärer i Notion. Mejlens innehåll skickas inte till Strezia och lagras inte av oss.
Licenskod
För att verifiera att din licens är giltig skickar tillägget din licenskod till Strezias licensserver. Vi loggar status, produkt och tidpunkt för kontrollen för att kunna sköta ditt abonnemang. Betalning hanteras av Lemon Squeezy; Strezia tar aldrig emot dina kortuppgifter.
Öppningsspårning (valfritt, avstängd från början)
Om du själv slår på öppningsspårning lägger tillägget en osynlig bild i de mejl du skickar. När mottagaren öppnar mejlet registreras tidpunkten på affären i din Notion. Funktionen är avstängd som standard och kan stängas av för enskilda mejl.
Var uppgifterna lagras
- Din Notion-integrationsnyckel och dina inställningar lagras lokalt i webbläsaren (chrome.storage) på din dator.
- Ditt CRM-innehåll lagras i din egen Notion-arbetsyta.
- Licenskontroller och eventuella öppningshändelser lagras hos Strezia (Notion och en server i Google Cloud inom EU).
Delning
Strezia säljer inte dina uppgifter och delar dem inte med utomstående för marknadsföring. Uppgifter behandlas endast av dig (din Notion) och av Strezia för att leverera tjänsten, samt av Lemon Squeezy för betalning.
Dina rättigheter
Du kan när som helst avinstallera tillägget, återkalla Notion-integrationsnyckeln i din Notion, och be oss ta bort dina licens- och spårningsuppgifter. Kontakta oss så hjälper vi dig.

Strezia Sync is a Chrome extension that shows your CRM from Notion right inside Gmail. This policy describes what data the extension handles and how.
What data the extension handles
Your Notion data
The extension reads from and writes to the Notion databases you connect yourself (deals, companies, contacts, templates and so on), using the Notion integration key you provide. The data is stored in your own Notion workspace, which you own and control.
Information in Gmail
The extension reads the sender's email address and subject line of the emails you have open, to match them against your contacts and deals in Notion. Email bodies are not sent to Strezia and are not stored by us.
License key
To verify that your license is valid, the extension sends your license key to Strezia's license server. We log the status, product and time of the check to manage your subscription. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; Strezia never receives your card details.
Open tracking (optional, off by default)
If you turn on open tracking yourself, the extension adds an invisible image to the emails you send. When the recipient opens the email, the time is recorded on the deal in your Notion. The feature is off by default and can be turned off for individual emails.
Where data is stored
- Your Notion integration key and settings are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage) on your computer.
- Your CRM content is stored in your own Notion workspace.
- License checks and any open events are stored with Strezia (Notion and a server in Google Cloud within the EU).
Sharing
Strezia does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for marketing. Data is processed only by you (your Notion) and by Strezia to deliver the service, plus Lemon Squeezy for payment.
Your rights
You can uninstall the extension at any time, revoke the Notion integration key in your Notion, and ask us to delete your license and tracking data. Contact us and we will help.
