Strezia Sync is a Chrome extension that shows your own Notion CRM inside Gmail. This policy explains what the extension accesses, how that information is used, and the choices you have. The extension is provided by Strezia AB, Oestra Vallgatan 18, 291 31 Kristianstad, Sweden.

The short version

Your CRM data stays in your own Notion workspace. Strezia Sync reads and writes directly to the Notion databases you connect, and shows them next to your email in Gmail. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not run our own CRM database with your records in it.

What the extension accesses, and why

• Email content in Gmail. When you open a message, the extension reads the sender address and parts of the message in your browser to match it to your CRM, to fill in a new contact or deal, and to create drafts. This happens locally in your browser. The content of your emails is not sent to Strezia.
• Your Notion workspace. With your explicit authorization through Notion sign in (OAuth), the extension reads and writes the Notion databases you select: deals, companies, contacts, email templates and the settings database. It only touches the pages you grant access to.
• Your settings. The extension stores your own settings in the browser (the connected database ids, currency, language and the open tracking preference). These stay on your device.
• Open tracking (optional, off by default). If you turn it on, an invisible pixel is added to emails you send. When the email is opened, a request to our pixel service records the time so it can be shown on the deal or contact. Incoming tracking pixels from other senders are detected and blocked locally in your browser.

Where information goes

• Your Notion workspace (your own account), for the CRM records you create and change.
• Google Gmail, for the drafts the extension prepares. You always press Send yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.
• Our open tracking service, only if you enable open tracking, and only the open events (time and the message reference), not the content of your emails.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not share it with any other third parties.

Data retention and deletion

• Your settings are removed from your device when you uninstall the extension.
• Your CRM records live in your own Notion workspace and are fully under your control. Delete them in Notion at any time.
• You can disconnect Notion at any time from the extension settings, and you can revoke the extension's access from your Notion account settings.
• Open tracking events are kept only to display read status on your records. Turn open tracking off at any time in the extension settings.

Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions it needs: storage for your settings, access to the active Gmail tab to show the CRM panel, Notion sign in to authorize access to your workspace, access to the Notion API to read and write your databases, and, for the optional open tracking feature, access to our pixel service. The extension does not load or run remote code.

Children

Strezia Sync is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
